So I have gotten a bit lazy on the old blog as of late......

But lucky for you...I'm back baby! Finally, as you can tell from the pic...we have snow!!! I will be up on the mountain this week shredding away...if only they could figure a way out to expose your toes while boarding??

Where is the snow?

So this week has been crazy busy....we now have a Flip Flop Shops opening in New Jersey, Columbus, OH and Tampa, FL!! Can't wait to start freeing your toes soon. You can keep updated on all the happenings with us at www.flipflopshops.com

I don't know about you, but I love this time of year! People are just plain nicer...it would be nice if the holiday spirit could carry-over all year....

The only negative to this time of year is waiting for the SNOW! During the Summer and Fall months, the weather is pretty decent and I can run, play in the water and get that fresh BC air in my lungs.....however, as we get into the Winter months....we wait....we wait...for snow to hit the mountains. My board is getting dusty waiting on the Snow Gods to produce and I am packing on the Winter weight.....SNOW PLEASE!!!

The Holiday Season

So it is December 1st and the holiday season is among us! I love this part of the year.....especially the holiday music. My fav this season so far is the Christmas Album put out by Jack Johnson's record lable...Brushfire...called This Warm December..I highly recommend it www.brushfirerecords.com
